Common questions
A run is one complete execution of a workflow from trigger to completion or exception handoff. Each step within the run (fetch, validate, write, notify) is part of that single run and does not count separately. If a run is retried after a transient failure, the retry counts as a separate run.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new plan takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you upgrade from monthly to annual mid-cycle, we prorate the remainder of your current month.
After 30 days your account moves to the free Pilot tier automatically. You keep your 3 workflows and up to 50 runs per month at no cost. There is no credit card required and no surprise charges. If you want to scale to more workflows or higher run volumes, you can upgrade to Team or Growth from your dashboard at any point.
Audit logs generated while on a higher-tier plan are retained for the period associated with that plan (90 days for Team, 1 year for Growth). When you downgrade, logs generated after the downgrade apply the new plan's retention window. You can export your full log archive at any time from your dashboard.
Yes. Annual billing saves 15% compared to paying month to month. The discount is applied automatically when you choose annual at checkout or switch from your account settings. For Growth plan customers, we can also arrange quarterly invoicing on request.
